ATM – There will be an ATM in the festival year, and there are ATM's in close proximity to the festival (less than 5min walk). facilities are available. Check with Information for ATM locations.
BABY CHANGE/FEEDING ROOM – There is a 'baby change/feeding room' area located near Easterfest Kids
BROKEN ARMBANDS – Bring your broken armband to Information for replacement (at $3.00 each). No old armband = no new armband.
$3 CAR PARKING – There is plenty of parking in the area. Please consider local residents and do not park in the residential streets surrounding the festival as we want to be back next year!
CHILD MINDING - Unfortunately there are not any child minding facilities available at Easterfest. Our Easterfest Kids precinct will keep your children well entertained but children remain the responsibility of parents at all times. We have a baby change and feeding room available for parents use.
CHILD TICKETS - Child tickets are available for children aged between 13 and 18 years. Children 12 years and under are admitted free when accompanied by a paying adult. See our ticket pricing conditions HERE
DISABLED FACILITIES AND ACCESS – The festival itself doesn’t have designated disabled parking; however there are plenty of disabled parks in the CBD parking areas around the event. All venues are wheelchair accessible. The toilets near the front entrance are wheelchair accessible.
E-TICKETS - Your e-ticket is just like cash - so remember to bring along. If you do forget, speak to the friendly box office staff, but please note that it may take us up to 30minutes to find your ticket if you have forgotten it (if we are able to at all).
FIRST AID – Open 12.00pm to 7:00pm. Find them near the festival entry.
FOOD – There will be plenty of food available for purchase at Easterfest.
FOUND CHILDREN – Lost children will be taken to Information for parents to find them.
FREE/TICKETED VENUES – You will need a ticket to experience Easterfest in Sarasota, This includes access to all food outlets, exhibition areas, the stage and super rides. Click here for more information. Most of Easterfest is FREE!!

SECURITY - Easterfest provides security including volunteers, licensed guards and members of the Sarasota Police Dept. Easterfest well be famous for its safe family-friendly atmosphere!
TIMES – Easterfest opens at 12:00pm and closes at 7:00pm on festival day.
WHO ORGANISES EASTERFEST? Easterfest is a community based, charitable organisation that is supported by Spotlight Events Entertainment inc. and the local community.
ANIMALS - Animals are allowed at the festival.
FENCE - Jumping of any fence at Easterfest will result in removal of your armband & expulsion from the grounds.
PARKING - Please respect the local population of Sarasota - be considerate by not parking in the residential streets surrounding the festival. Park with Easter Fest Staff Only.
